DZ BANK and WGZ BANK resume exploratory talksDZ BANK and WGZ BANK have agreed to resume talks on a merger between the two cooperative central banks as well as on strategic and structural developments with regard to the local cooperative banks. An agreement is foreseen for the first half of 2009.
